Commercial/Commercial Property Services

Our Commercial Services include the sale and purchase of businesses of varying sizes and types ( e.g. retail, post offices, pubs and hotels, manufacturing, insurance agencies etc), preparing partnership and shareholder agreements, company formations and services, advising on terms and conditions of business and distribution, franchise and other commercial agreements, advising on employment issues and preparing contracts of employment, consultancy and service agreements.

Wills, Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney
